Cleanliness quite friendly
Only issue I had was paying tor parking
8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026
bed was comfortable
odor as soon as you walk through the door and the fact that the shower was not clean. Also, the parking fee should be explained more on the booking site since we didn’t know about paying until we arrived

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Love the area and the stores close by.
Didn’t have a washer and dryer to wash clothes. Asked the front desk and stated home 2 go had one . It would be nice to wash clothes instead of taking dirty clothes back home.
5 / 10·set 2026
The room was quiet and the provided shampoo & shower gel smelled good.
There was a wasp on the ceiling, several light fixtures were broken, found a mini spider in our sheets, clumps of hair stuck under the bathroom door, hairs on the toilet seat. Also dumb to charge for parking when it’s not valet & hotel owns the lot.
