The elevator needed to be repaired and even upgraded to the architectural design of the lobby

The room was right next to the elevator. We thought we might hear foot traffic, but to our surprise, the room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.

It was clean and had a good breakfast

NO bar, no restaurant as advertised. Ice machines were broken, and the elevator was out of order at times.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and fitness room. Will definitely be staying again when I come back to the area.

There should be an outlet on the clock or close to the bed. I had to plug my phone in way across the room. I was told about the Cafe but never given a menu.

entire hotel is dingy. Room didn't smell nice, very small room.

Large bedroom. Stylish furnishings. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Option to get additional items for the room, like razors and slippers . Safe area.

Pool was a little dirty. Emergency alarm sounded at approx 9am and we left the room to wait outside the hotel, as instructed by the recording that was being played throughout the hotel announcement system. No one was outside. The staff at the hotel did not tell us anything until we went back in and asked. We were then told it was nothing and to go back to our rooms.

Great hotel, great staff, so nice and quiet, best blackout curtains ever (GOAT status!) Great pool and loved that the coffee in the lobby was replenished throughout the day!

Room had hair wad floating in the toilet at check-in. Our room was given to another guest while we were out to dinner. Luckily, nothing was taken. Slamming doors at all hours of the night. People aggressively fighting/yelling in the hallway, and a weed smell throughout the hall.

Wonderful customer service. The person who checked us in was very sweet, nice, helpful, and made us feel very welcomed. (I can’t remember her full name, but I know it started with a S and she was African American).

The elevators and bathrooms needs some TLC, (needs to be updated)

Loved pool area just wish we had time to spend more time at pool when sun was over it. In courtyard later in afternoon little chilly. Breakfast was good! Staff friendly!

Need more milk alternatives for the cereal. Bathrooms could use some sprucing up.

Friendly and helpful staff.

I loved that I received a free upgrade to a king suite. I was not aware of it beforehand. So, it was a pleasant surprise. The provided bathrobe and slippers in the room was a great touch. The breakfast was nice, and I am glad it was included with my room cost. The location is prime for shopping and dining out. I had a gift card to one of the restaurants in the area, so I was able to eat dinner for free, and then return to a comfy bed.

This visit was great. This was my second time choosing this location. I have no complaints.
