Wonderful hotel! Excellent, friendly service from an amazing team. The room was very comfortable, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect. Truly great value for money, would happily stay here again!
The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Room was clean, good size and nicely laid out, Bathroom was clean and breakfast selection was good
Could have provided a notice that hotel was under renovation as construction noise was loud and started early in the morning. To use alternative swimming pool and spa you had to book ahead which is irritating on a 2 day trip. Restaurant always felt damp in the morning due to humidity, hotel overall feels outdated and breakfast was not great for the price. Much better off going next door to the Waldorf Astoria for breakfast, ambience, service and food was far better and not too much of a price increase.
