Very clean, very friendly staff, and restaurants were incredible.

No complaints.

We loved everything about this property. Great staff, wonderful restaurants and bars, comfortable room, and close to everything we want to do in LA.

Restaurants are a bit pricey, but that comes with the territory.

it’s an iconic property and the location is wonderful!

I don’t like being treated and looked at funny. very degrading experience being stared at and followed around as if we aren’t supposed to be here. being followed more than once to ask what we are doing here. I really dont appreciate the snobby rude attitude of certain people here. and then on top of it paying over 3000$ to be treated like trash. it wasn’t everyone ;but the couple of people that acted like this ruined it for me.

The history , exclusivity and location

Hard to get a table in the restaurant (Polo Lounge) / bar area due to non residents visiting. Should keep a certain amount of tables available for in house guests. They prioritise non residents over in house guests
