The staff (Sarah) was extremely helpful during a very stressful time of my truck being broken down. From informative to cutting my hotel costs, making my extended stay much more affordable.
During a time of concern of theft of my trailer or truck contents (NOTHING IN SIGHT) staff were quite willing to park their vehicle in front of my trailer so no one could hook it up and steal it when I had to go to the dealer. As well, staff day and evening were alerted to the security issues and I believe became more diligent.
This hotel NEEDS dedicated security.
The vibe of the neighbourhood is actually unsafe. Because you have a restaurant in the hotel random people do come and go. I had a personal experience of 4 people actually casing the hotel. One came up to me while working on a repair of the truck and was clearly casing the tools & equipment in the truck. After speaking with staff, there were reports of a vehicle stolen & during a liquor drop off, a group of 4 slowly took bottles from the transport truck and hotel.
Some homeless & it seemed to be prostitution in the parking lot.

The staff were great! We didn’t check out the pool but it was busy so it must have been a hit! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Very good value for the money.
It’s not in the best location, there were some unsavoury characters who frequented the parking lot at times…

It was handy to the highway
It was ridiculously laid out. One almost needed a map to get to one’s room. One hall door is locked from one side. It is solid so a person coming from the unlocked side can easily open the door right into one’s face , knocking them over or giving them a black eye. A window in the door would help!
