Motel a bit dated but clean and cozy, complete with a little kitchenette. Closeness to Prince Edward County wineries and breweries. Motel right on the Bat of Quinte with nice views of the Bay. Staff friendly and helpful.
Could maybe have a boardwalk or nice deck with benches by the water for guests to sit and enjoy the views, the geese, and watch the airplanes in and out of Trenton Air Force Base.

The view was really nice.
Air conditioner smelled bad, probably just need to change the filter.

The bay in the backyard.
The bathroom was very dirty. They had coffee but no machines to make it.
I felt like there may be bugs
