Loved that apartment home type feel. Just large enough to not feel like you’re in a hotel room.
Shower was awesome!!! Water pressure ALMOST washed off the days dirt without scrubbing!!!LOL!!!
Only negative was housekeeping dropped the ball on room cleaning even AFTER requesting service at check in. Manager adjusted stay, but was still bittersweet.
1st time client. Will stay at the chain again whenever possible.

The room was amazingly spacious bed was absolutely comfortable. I absolutely loved it for the most part.
There was only one thing I did not like & that was Saturday morning. See I work a lot & do not get much off time so any chance I get to sleep in is a blessing but nope not here! Our room faced the pool & we were woken up to kids screaming at the pool at like 7-8am we are on the 3rd floor & sounded like they where outside our window. If that wasn't bad enough the grounds keepers started up the weedeater/blower so at this point it was pointless to try & go back to sleep. Those windows are not thick at all! I would advise NOT to get a room facing the pool if you plan on sleeping in.

Location is good, very close to The Domain and Arboreteum but more reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Hotel was very clean. The room was really great. Nice bathroom and the kitchen is a really nice addition.
Breakfast was just ok. We didn't use the pool but it's a little small.

I loved the separate bedroom and living room, the bathroom was pretty clean, and the breakfast was good.
There was a door to outside behind the living room TV and dresser, that was strange. There is only 1 elevator and the button for the 2nd floor didn’t work well.

James was very understanding of my need for gluten-free items at breakfast. I selected some options and ordered them especially for me. Dalia had them available for me so I was able to have breakfast with my family. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs.
The curtains in our room were not completely attached at the top. They would not close completely so we weren’t able to have a dark room.

Großes Zimmer ( wir hatten eine Küchenzeile). Reichlich ausgestattet. Alles war sauber , jedoch etwas verwohnt. Nettes Personal. Extrem gutes Frühstück im Zimmerpreis enthalten.

Great location, peace, and quiet ample space for walking and strolling, lots of eating places within 10 mins of drive. Free food delivery service is available with Grub Hub. Lots of free parking spaces around the hotel.
The hotel was not as clean as I would expect from a Hilton-operated suite. The rooms were small and required a lot of fixing. Rooms had quite a few broken elements which require fixing. Room service was extremely subpar. A proper room cleaning and replacements were missed.

Easy check in, and great staff, friendly and helpful. Great hospitality when extra towels needed and housekeeping completed. Breakfast was good and hot and replenished when needed.

Room was pretty good. Amenities were decent. Shower was nice. Hotel staff were kind and professional.
Ac would randomly stop and restart, especially at night. It would be making noise but had no airflow. Television would stop working about 6pm for 10-15 minutes like clockwork. And breakfast was lackluster. Not bad but not great. Also kitchenette sink sprayed water everywhere. Not well layed out.

In general, it is a decent accommodation with everything you need. The staff at the reception was super nice and very helpful.
There is no hot water in the shower, just slightly warm. It is a shame because I like to warm myself up properly before going to bed.
