It was super clean and quiet....

Comfy bed.

Disabled parking covered with mud, dirt and gravel.
Exterior doors difficult to open.
Kitchen NOT furnished.
Room floor was dirty.

No TV reception Sun morning.

TERRAYE was extraordinarily helpful, very efficient and provided customer service with a beautiful smile. Elsa also was an excellent front desk person. With the power outages in Austin, they were both wonderful in making my stay comfortable.

Good parking in a convenient location.
the bathroom shower/tub and floor looks filthy but is really just so aged that it looks that way—Really off putting. Room has the smell of long term dirty carpet. Bathroom fan broken and was told management did not want to spend the money to fix it. Microwave rotation also broken. There was a three hour power outage when the entire circuit breaker panel explode—Many of the emergency lights and signs were not working during that outage.
