Honestly, the entire staff was excellent. The manager provided excellent customer service and was so kind to our family. Specifically my son. She was honestly amazing.
Everything was great, no complaints here.

Friendly staff & clean room
I don’t like that they are charging for parking

Staff is always wonderful at this location
Only complaint was that my door would stick & not close all the way automatically.
5 / 10·set 2026
The convenience that it was only 5 to 10 minutes away from the location we needed to be picked up from the bus station.
The bed and the pillows can be a lot better please improve as my back and my neck are hurting and so is my wife’s.
Wish there was complementary breakfast and/or why is there pay to park when we’re already paying for a hotel staying?
