The room is comfortable and the views from the room are great. It is easy to get to from SMU (just two exits north) and perfect compromise to the ridiculous prices at other hotels a little closer to campus.
The finishes are a little "tired", but it doesn't affect the stay at all. However, the hotel property is clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable.

A great choice for a business stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling for work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable business hotel.
A couple of things could be improved: the water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the breakfast selection and quality could have been better. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast in the restaurant and the bar is great also!
lighting in the rooms --especially the bathroom, is not great.

It was close by to a lot of things that we can Uber wherever we need to go
I was sad. I got the second floor. I really wanted something hired so I can see the skyline but there is no option for me to select that or away for me to ask for that
