The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and offered me options for my stay. When I called the help desk regarding an issue, they were very prompt.
There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

Bed was comfy, Room was very nice.
Cleaner furniture/ carpet. I didnt like being by the elevator but it was understood all the suites were the same.

Great location, ample and free parking, good shower pressure, and comfortable bed.
It was extremely loud at night due to traffic though we were on the 17th floor. Also, we advised the front desk we had no hair conditioner in the shower the night of arrival, but nothing came about until almost an hour after we came downstairs to tell them a second time the next morning.

This Hilton was in a good central location for Dallas, TX. Property and room were clean and staff were friendly.
This Hilton seemed to have only two luggage trolleys for a large high rise hotel. Impossible to find when you needed them. Toilets in room were so low I thought I was back in Algiers squatting over a hole in the tile….

Our accommodation request for upper floor, we were greatly satisfied with our room with a wonderful view, very comfortable bed, nice, clean and quiet. Room service was excellent, although the menu has cut back on a lot of options available.
Wasn't anything to not like. Nice size TV and good strong water pressure in the shower.

The location is central to everything we do in Dallas. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. View was ok (10th floor) but good for 4 adults.
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a nice hotel but both times the halls smelled like smoke. Also the ice machine was broken on our floor. Getting in and out of parking lot is tricky, including front entrance. Had to back out and only able to exit one way.
