Had an US wide outage, checkin was a nightmare. Lovely hotel and great location.

The staff were nice and friendly. I had to switch rooms because the A/C was not working properly. The receptionist gave me another room right away. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is very big and does have a bar area, although I never saw anyone there.
There were a few things that I did not like about this hotel. The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors. I woke up several times during the night because I could hear an alarm going off and then kids horseplaying. There seemed to be only one elevator working. It's a huge hotel to only have one elevator. The hotel also had an odor. It wasn't bad but it was not pleasant.
