Clean hotel with big rooms close to IAH. Good for long connections. Bed & shower were OK.
Breakfast was probably the worst of any hotel I've stayed in for 10 years. I sent a message via booking when my flight was delayed to let them know I was coming but would arrive after 1am or later.
It was difficult to get an Uber to the hotel. Shuttle doesn't run at 4am. When I arrived, my room had been canceled. I did get the room and it was also cancelled with Booking. I later received a request from Booking to know if I had stayed at the hotel or not.
There was very little in the room. No amenities. No microwave. No coffee maker.

Great value for money for an overnight airport stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable and well maintained, with an excellent bed. Breakfast was basic but had a good selection, and I particularly appreciated that plant-based milk was available.
The airport shuttle is convenient, but you need to call the hotel from the terminal to request pickup. For international travelers without a U.S. phone plan, this can be difficult, as there doesn't seem to be an alternative way to contact the hotel from the terminal. I had to borrow someone's phone to make the call.

Location
Reserved 2 Queen beds when we entered room we assumed it was a king/sofa bed we were hungry and it’s late we went out to grab food came back at 2 AM when we went to go to bed we realized the sofa bed was not a sofa bed. We had to be up by six so we dealt with it. My brother had to sleep on the couch, making a back injury quite worse than the next.
