The staff need to go for better training on how to deal with their customers and house keeping needs to know how to clean the rooms!

Close to the airport with fast shuttle service and excellent drivers. Check in fast and plesant and it was ok for a 1 night stopover
The room oom felt old and outdated, huge inefficient air con box inside the room on the floor was noisy and the room was hot. The place certainly needs a refresh / update

Close to the airport. The provided shuttle was convenient.
You have to call for the shuttle from the airport. I didn’t know that and waited for a while as I watched other hotel shuttles keep driving by.

Good price
Lights are all connected. Turn on switch they all come on. Turn off switch and they all go off. Need more TV channels. Need to have coffee in the lobby not just at breakfast.

Breakfast was as expected at a hotel. The pool had too much floaty particles in it. The desk rep was really nice. The location was across the street from a gas station and a couple of food places.
They may want to change the wording for the shuttle because it only takes you to and from the airport and on the amenities it says that the shuttle takes you up to 5 miles around the hotel.

Location
We arrived. They were no electricity they put us in a room that was not the room I requested during the whole night. There were no electricity in the hotel, and I did not do nothing about it.

Breakfast selection very poor. Carpets dirty. Shower handle in the bathroom broken, can work on cleanliness.
