The inside of the hotel was spacious, smelled amazing and was super clean. The rooms were quiet and comfy. The pool facilities were great and lots of fun
The lazy river and parts of the pool became quite dirty after a busy Saturday evening. Lots of cans, cups and cocktail garnishes lying around in the evening and from the night before. The lifts also took a while to arrive

I like the Biggios bar, they play nice music.
Misleading and lying to costumers. It clearly says on the site that WIFI IS FREE.
IT's free but I have to be a member of Bonvoy which is annoying. And the front desk when we are checking in didn't bother to explain that part at all.
