Good value, nice pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms were sound proof. Slept great.

The breakfast was pretty weak considering it was 7$+tax per person.

There’s not much to like unless you have kids and they want to swim.

We arrived on motorbikes and were put in a room overlooking the HOT pool area. Our A/C didn’t work, we had to fill buckets of ice to try and stay cool, it was 31 degrees when we arrived. The fridge was unplugged, which we didn’t notice until the morning when all of our stuff was hot and some of it went bad, the wall power outlets also didn’t work. When we arrived, I tried to call the front desk for over 10 minutes but no one would answer. We walked over there and were told they couldn’t move us because they were full. It was 5:30pm, I’m pretty sure not everyone had checked in, we easily could have been moved. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!

Room cooling not sufficient and LOUD! Beds are soft and worn out.

Staff and cleaning person were very nice and welcoming. But that was all that I liked. There’s nothing else I liked about the hotel.

Very old building and needs major upgrades. Had single plane windows and very old carpet and bedding and stuff. Also one exercise bike, one treadmill and one elliptical is not worth advertising a workout room. There was not one single weight and the room looked like it was an old closet. Very small room.

I didn’t like that the other guests where allowed to gather and drink anywhere and everywhere around the property. There was a party basically in the area outside of the elevator all night. (Right outside my door) When we got up to go eat breakfast there was pizza boxes and beer cans everywhere. I get hockey weekends are busy, but not everyone was there for that. it was chaotic. Forget trying to use the pool, which was the reason we chose this hotel.

steps from reception up to main floor. Very awkward with heavy suitcase - not good. There was no one on reception when we arrived. We had to wait quite a while. The room was freezing cold when we got in. Took quite a while to warm up. we were sitting there wrapped up in thick coats. Whole place, decor and rooms were very jaded and outdated. One face cloth had stains on it. Some bed linen had stains on it. Carpet badly stained.
