The staff is great and very welcoming. From when you check in until you go to breakfast everyone is nice it talk to.

The one letdown was breakfast. For an average nightly rate like this, you'd expect a normal breakfast buffet like at most hotels — instead, it was just boiled eggs and a make-your-own bagel bar. Honestly, I'd have preferred no breakfast at all over such a sad attempt at one. If the price were lower, I'd understand, but at this rate it was almost laughable walking in each morning to that spread. Other guests clearly felt the same way — I noticed several of them asking staff about it, and I felt for the staff having to explain the same thing over and over. To their credit, the staff were kind and understanding throughout, and clearly did their best with what they had. The fact that this is my only real takeaway from the stay says a lot

I love the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, closeness to work. I will always stay and recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is nothing I don’t like.

It was clean and refreshing

Landscaping was nice

The location and the renovations.

The breakfast before the renovations at this location use have two waffle makers. One mini four count Disney character waffles and the other one was a full size Belgian waffle maker. Both waffles makers were not there. Therefore, I was disappointed with the cold boiled eggs, bread slices, and oatmeal. Also I tried to wash and dry my clothes at the on site laundry room. The washer worked fine but the dryer took my money. I let the front desk know but nothing was done. I even sent an email to the manager but did not hear any response. Nor did I get my eight quarters back.
