It was convenient to universal studios.
There were some signs of wear and tear. Nothing major, but shower curtain was missing some snaps. The chain to the lever to flush the toilet broke. They were quick to fix it.

They remolded and it’s very nice. Lots of options for food and drink.

The location was great for universal even provided a bus to and from universal and other locations if needed. You could also walk and get there rather quickly.
Didn’t like having to pay for parking, also sometimes the gate wouldn’t open and you would have to call in order to get out. There was also ants in the room whenever you’d move something you’d see the ants running around. The bathroom was pretty small, the breakfast option was not great probably would have preferred a buffet option. My tv remote was not working correctly and when my husband mentioned it to the staff they acted as they didn’t care so we went without tv.
