The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop

The bed was confortable.

The size of the room was small but the bathroom was the problem: too small and the water from the shower flooded the entire floor.

Location is great, staff is very nice.

Bed was not as advertised, very small for 2 people. The bathroom door did not close properly.

Love the art deco decor and location close to theatre.

Everything was great.

Location, bed and bedding, towels, hand soap

Front desk staff so rude, did not make you feel welcome at all, the super tiny bathroom was a hige disappointment since I upgraded our room and the toilet ran , breakfast service was slow for not being busy and also rude, reservation.said breakfast for 2 included but it was not fully I owed each day and Sunday it was closed, resort fee daily for nothing extra it is not a resort at all, lack of communication on what is offered and included I had to ask to get any information, staff really pressured and made you uncomfortable about tipping all the time, no.view at all, not a smart TV (guide didn't even work)
