The location was good and the bed was comfortable.
The room was quite large and roomy with a dressing room area.
It felt dated and tired (no USB plugs) and needed a refresh so the price was quite high.
Our room was right next to the smoker's area and the lift making it noisy and smelly.
We tried to get a taxi to North Station which appeared to be something people don't do in Boston as it took an enormous amount of explanation (and we asked for a vehicle that could take large suitcases) but when the car arrived unable to fit our suitcases so we squished in with a suitcase on the backseat. Very uncomfortable but it was a short journey thankfully.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, staff was very friendly and made things super easy. Room was great and always clean.
Don’t have many negative things to say! The gym could use a little bit of work as both treadmills did not work.

We stayed in room 741 and had excellent views. It was the room that is shown on the brochure.
As lovely as it was, make sure you are not a light sleeper. The street noise goes on all night and Bostonians love their horns.
We had to ask a lot for simple items like washcloths and it took forever to get. You also have to ask for a mini fridge.
