Location was perfect, in the heart of Little Italy surrounded by a fantastic array of Italian restaurants, pastry shops, coffee shops. Bricco is located on the Freedom Trail, Paul Revere house and old north church are close by. 10min walk to Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bricco restaurant downstairs was lovely, good food and service and a great ambience. Book a table in advance, restaurant is popular and was busy every night. All staff we encountered at the property were attentive and helpful.
Check-in was within the Bricco restaurant, it was somewhat chaotic, we arrived on a busy Saturday evening the restaurant was packed, with guests queuing for tables outside. The IT system was down which resulted in a delay checking us in. However the restaurant manager was helpful and carried our luggage up to the room (4th floor) this was much appreciated. There was an initial cleanliness issue in the room which was attended to promptly by the hotel manager. The room was cleaned to a good standard for the rest of our stay. The layout of the room could be improved by adding a small dining table and chairs. There is a small kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine) but nowhere to sit and eat. The room was spacious so a small table would fit with some re-configuration. Air con/heating unit was very loud.

Great location close to lots of nice Italian restaurants.
The place was run down, especially the bathroom. Definitely not value for money.
