Great location in the middle of downtown Seattle. Watching the sunrise from the pool or the gym was amazing.
Not so easy to get to on public transport.

personnel were quite nice - rooms very clean
The excuse for a mini store was just plain stupid and price gouging. - we walk four blocks before we found a drug store for decent water and a decent price and a few nibbles for the room. you should be ashamed .room
No enough room or a place to hang our wet towels after showering.

The room was a good size and we requested an adapted room which they were able to accommodate. Large hotel lacked the good personal customer service.
The hotel didn’t even tell us how to get to our room one side of the hotel went to one set of rooms and one to the other. You also needed to swipe your card to get to your room. No information given about where breakfast was or towels for the pool etc.
