Convenient to the airport
Carpet was so dirty, I did not want to take off my shoes. Check out staff was not friendly. Gave me wrong receipt

We loved so many things about our stay! The room had a clean, fresh smell, and the beds and sheets were incredibly soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were amazing and made it so easy to get a good night’s sleep.
The location is also a huge plus since it’s within walking distance of the Mall of America. Breakfast is available, which makes mornings convenient, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with a great location and lots of little touches that made a big difference.
No complaints

Staff was very nice and accommodating to myself and the little ones I traveled with and location was prime for my visit
A little outdated, but still a comfortable stay

Location free parking and staff was nice.
Water wasn’t hot, beds were very uncomfortable, and pillows were terrible! Definitely need to change up breakfast instead of having the same thing every day.
