Great staff, room wasn't what I expected. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Only complaint is the parking lot being worked on that weekend but it wasn't that inconvenient.

The location was great. The breakfast could have been better though.

Everything was good. Improve the breakfast spread a bit more.

Hotel personnel was really helpful. The location is ok, not too far from the city and not too far from the ski resorts in the area.

The room was pretty cold. We tried to raise the temperature on the thermostat but even when put to the max, the AC just pushes cold air.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchenette in the room was quite well equipped, though we didn't use it. Easy parking.

The price was high for what you got. The breakfast was just sad. Disposable plates/cutlery and dirty tables. Mostly industrial options (muffins, bagels, cereal), instant porridge pouches, scrambled eggs made of powder, small yogurt cups, some fruit (if you came early enough). We could hear noise from other rooms through the air vent in the bathroom. The room had mirrors only inside the bathroom (wall mirror was awkwardly placed behind the bathroom door). The staff was friendly, but check-out took very long (apparently the receptionist failed to understand how combined credit/debit card works).
