The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean.
I had originally booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival we got a king bed and a crappy pullout couch. The pull out was small, and was not overly comfortable. I had booked the queen room because I was travelling with a friend. Ultimately, we weren't very happy that one of us had to sleep on the single pullout couch. Especially for the cost of the room. When I brought it up to the staff, they could not switch us because there were no other rooms available. So not only did I pay an exorbitant amount for a room that I did not book, I could not have the issue rectified.

We loved the room. We loved the pool and gym.
We didn’t like that the communal areas of the breakfast nook were not available outside of the breakfast time to use. We were two big families and we wanted a place to sit and chat that wasn’t on the floor of our rooms. We ended up using the space outside the breakfast nook and it was fine but it felt a bit like we shouldn’t have been there.
I had asked for adjoining rooms and it wasn’t possible so finding a space that we could all be in was tricky.
We also would have loved to be able to see the bees - perhaps a live stream could be set up? Just a suggestion.

L’accueil du personnel qui ne parle pas vraiment anglais ni français…
Canapé lit prévu mais non fait ni équipe de drap housse et couette…
Un groupe de très jeunes enfants au niveau du deuxième étage qui étaient bruyants dans les couloirs jusqu’à une heure très tardive (2h du matin!)
Petit déjeuné non organisé pour le nombre de personnes dans l’hôtel…

Great location close to Bayshore mall. Nice place with a restaurant on the site.
Rooms are clean, and beds are comfy. Great place for families.
Room service is a little bit slow. I talked to the receptionist a few times before I got a room service. The pool is small and needs to be cleaned often.
The fridge is very small and no utensils are available in the room.

Located just off the highway, clean,nice,comfortable and cozy rooms with everything you need included
Also includes a good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold things to eat and drink.
Also theres and nice restaurant called the brew which is right infront of the hotel we ordered dinner from there and the food was great and conveniently located

Very nice modern hotel and rooms. Comfy bed. Very clean, quiet and nicely decorated rooms. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast had lots of selection and was delicious.
Pool was a bit on the cold side, however lovely and well maintained pool room.

I was very pleased with all the breakfest selections.

Was noisy because of a hockey contest. The place was full of kids running around and shouting. Also the pool was overwhelmed with kids too. We had planned to swim. Perhaps, they could have foresaw this and put us in a different area?

A great hotel with quality staff, excellent reception, and good location. I enjoyed my two weeks stay in August 23.
The breakfast should have better variety. It is good enough though.

It was clean
I was over charged by 575.00 and after calling my credit card company then calling the hotel I have been told their system is down and nothing can be done while my charge is pending which is when they can fix it.
There was troubles with checking in and nobody seemed to know what was going on. This is unacceptable, I will not stay here again.

Accessibility mods noticed
Shower leaked everywhere and the “roll-in” wasn’t!! Tv would not chromecast. Telephone was out of order. Left 2 messages for staff and received no call back

Front staff, and cleaning staff, were great. Parking was perfect. Room and location were great. The bed was super comfortable and big! We slept really well! Pillows good! Loved the addition of the couch to lounge. I used the desk for a little work between our outings. Wifi was good. Cleanliness in the rooms, super! Really, everything was terrific but a little trouble for breakfast selections and dining area.
Options were pretty good. Add multigrain/healthier bread options. The area around the food wasn't kept as clean as it should have been. Needs to be managed a little better. Guests are sloppy when serving themselves food, so staff should be watching to keep things organized and full (had to wait for food, but not too long!). The tables need to be attended to, and wiped off in-between guests. It felt a little "road side" but we DID appreciate having the breakfast! Just a little more attention to the area. Thank you!

The smell of the hotel was very clean ,the site and rooms were very clean
The included breakfast experience could be better. We could not find salt and pepper as there was only one set and people were taking it. The glass cups for juice were not available and the hot food could be divided so more choices as we wanted the French toast but until the sausage was gone they had no room to have both.

Small selection of bar food. The fitness room should restrict entrance of children, whether or not they are with a parent. It is NOT a McDonalds playroom.

The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. The adjustable (angle) 55 inch TV provided a wide range of channels and could be seen as well from the seating aera as from the beds. Numerous USB-Charging spots allowed Charging nearl everywere. The washroom was modern, nice and clean. I would generally recommend this hotel any time.
The breakfast was generally ok (judged after the higher European standard). What is something the hotel should really(!) reconsider, is that breakfast is only available until 09:00 am. That meant that there is a complete run on the breakfast from about 08:20 to 09:00, which would overwhelm the generally attentative staff. Things run out regularily and the breakfastroom is overcrowded. Also one salt shaker for all guests seems rather understimated.

Hotel seemed new, was very clean, was an easy check-in and comfortable bed
The breakfast (even at 730am) was not stocked, super busy and not very appetizing- as compared to another Hyatt place stay a few weeks ago. Was told it was the same situation at breakfast all week.

I did not know that there was complimentary breakfast which was great and the kids loved it!
I did not like the very soft mattresses and could not sleep so had to sleep on the sofa which was great. The mattress part is. It your fault and I understand.

Chaos at the breakfast time
Very small breakfast area with limited seats and even more limited dinnerware.
Poor dinning service.
Had to wait 30 min (every day) for clean dishes to be restocked.
Had only one staff in the dinning area. So had to wait 20-30 min to have coffee/tea/ cereal/ bread and etc to be refilled.
