For us - location, friendly staff, decor,
The side table had ring marks - not cleaned well and toilet paper was poor quality. Staff appeared to be scrambling at times (unsure of who was doing what) - but a definite A-plus for their effort for you could tell they cared and were trying their best. These are just a few noticed things, but all in all nice enough to stay again. These room was very small for the price but we enjoyed the whole ambiance

Great location in downtown and staff exceptional. Valet parking excellent. Just as good as it was for years.
Nothing!

Was a small hotel and if you looked out the window all you see is other buildings like your inside a box.
