Clean room, comfortable bed, a very satisfactory breakfast and a small but useful fitness room. An easy walk to lots of restaurants. For the price I paid it was very good value.

I had no success contacting the hotel for shuttle pick up on my airport arrival, late at night but well within their pick up time. After trying repeated calls for 20 minutes I took a taxi. The lobby was deserted but after calling out loudly a young man finally came out registered me and told me he had been “too busy” to answer my phone calls. The next morning I spoke to Elisabeth at the front desk. She apologized, said that should never have happened and refunded my taxi fare. I appreciated her courtesy and the rest of my stay was enjoyable.

The location is nice, the room view looks pretty, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was cleaned but the smell overall is not good. The air conditioner is not working properly, the room is so hat at night and it is very noisy and old.
