IWe absolutely loved the hotel and our room was amazing. Room 424. All the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back!!.

When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and rude. I asked him to repeat himself as to why he was charge of my card extra money. I still could not understand him still did not know why he charged. My card got irritated when I asked him to repeat it.!! then I was asking him about the QR code for parking and explain to him. My friend had gotten there and got a validation code and did not have to pay for parking. He said we do not do that. I said well he just did he was rude the whole entire conversation.!!!! never smiled. I am in customer service. I would never treat anyone with the disrespect that he did.!!!!
The rooms were very spacious and nice felt like a little apartment. It was very, very nice. The elevators were down so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs and they were down for two days. We actually got stuck on the elevator going up.!!
