Good location - nice clean towels and bed clothes. Beds were comfortable

Could have done with more pillows also would have been nice if the water was refreshed daily. Inclusive breakfast options weren’t that great.

Hotel très bien situé et bien équipé, chambre calme bien que donnant sur Herald square et une avenue très passante, et très confortable. Metro tout proche. Personnel sympathique. J'y retournerai.

Parties communes un peu froides mais on ne s'y attarde pas. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais à la carte et assez cher, mieux vaut prendre un café dans l'un des nombreux cafés aux alentours.

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen vlakbij de metro en in de buurt van veel resto's en winkels. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam vooral de receptionisten en de voituriers. Er is een shop met heel wat lekkers en ook een bar/restaurant aan het hotel dit geeft als voordeel dat er op elk moment van de dag food is. Ik heb dit hotel voor de 2de x geboekt omdat ik me er thuis voel.

Peloton bike in the giant gym! In K-town (great location) on Herald Square. Very close to Macy's and Empire State Building, Walking distance to Madison Square Park. By NYC standards my room was huge! Charges facility fee but the in lobby coffee counter has morning pastries and pressed juices that off set that charge.

It was convenient there was no weight and that’s all. We really liked about it.

The food was subpar. It was just plain and the service was OK to pour. Coffee wasn’t hot and we didn’t want to go there again and we didn’t the little café. Serve us coffee and pastries but the breakfast sandwiches we bought were burnt and not fully heated up and we could’ve even eat them. We just threw them out so I wouldn’t recommend the food at your hotel to be honest.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de las principales atracciones, Macy´s, estación del metro, etc.

La habitación no tenia buena visa, daba al interior.

Rooms Too Small

The location of the hotel.

The hotel charges a resort fee of 35dollars per night without informing the customer. If i hadn't read the google critics i would not have know about it. Secondly, the hotel has scaffolding on the outside which was also not in the booking description of the hotel. This meant that we had blue plastic sheeting covering our hotel room windows. If had known about these two factors i would have booked somewhere else. This was unacceptable, if you look at the price of the room.

I asked for an upgrade and sas given a small room The terrasse was full of construction scales a drinks and food from workers were on m’y terrasse I was scared someone would open my Window Thé room was so small i coule not éven put m’y luggage anywhere

The location was convenient in terms of proximity to the Subway as well as walking north and south along 5th, 6th, 7th Aves or Broadway. The location is also near the pedestrian areas with tables and chairs put in by the Bloomberg Administration. The Martinique bar/grille had a charming and cozy atmosphere, great service and a delicious crudité dish with humous which I ate twice. The room was perfect for one and had a decent view. The hotel also gives a discount of $40 against any money spent in their restaurant. I also liked that it is located on the Korean Town street with its interesting cuisine. Just don't try to eat there on Friday night!

The only thing I liike was the location.

I didn't like the facts that they had a bunch of undercover charges that aren't necessary to begin with ..
