Beautiful hotel in a great location & friendly staff.
Nothing, everything was great.

Great location. Rooms comfy and spacious.
The hotel had an understaffed vibe. I waited at the registration line too long before getting any service
And the wait for food in the restaurant is also below standard for NYC.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice room.

Housekeeping Staff & Front Desk Staff, location, personal care products, nespresso machine-chocolates-soda-water & slippers!
Bed’s uncomfortable made loud squeezing noises, broken drawer, moldy clothing steamer, terrible hair dryer, bed linens had strange odor, they don’t have robes/slippers in room you have to call to request them, robes were not in the best condition, moldy shower heads & water isn’t hot enough.
