Very disappointed

Great location and the room was nicely updated and comfy.

Blinds in room were broken, bugs in the bathroom and a serious rat issue in the courtyard. Overpriced and little value to what received. We’ve been here numerous times and no prior issues compare to our recent stay. We will not be returning.

great place and location to all we wanted to do!

Breakfast was more than enough to get your day going. Upon check in we were early and they happily held our bags. Location to all the LGBTQ bars and restaurant was so close to everything we wanted! The staff were nice as well.

In the middle of the night the thermostat malfunctioned- we reset it and went back to bed- but it turned to heat several times. When we let the front desk know- the maintenance engineer was there in two minutes and fixed it- it was fast and easy.

Our stay was comfortable. Basic, filling breakfast fare. Staff extremely professional and welcoming!

Quick, easy walk to Wrigley Stadium.

They raise prices during home Cubs games…almost $500 per nighthawk on the weekend!

Exceptional

The room and accomodations were wonderful. It was very close to Wrigley Field. Very nice to be within walking distance of different restaurants and tourist attractions. Also, all of the staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit again in the future.

The only down side to our visit was that parking was terrible. Took us about an hour for a parking spot to open so we could have a spot where we could actually open our doors to get in and out of our truck.

Overall it was good. Room was spacious, staff was friendly and helpful and location was great.

Proximity to Wrigley Field without having to pay a lot per night along with the cheaper parking fee. Staff was great as well!!

Breakfast was good the first morning but the lady who was restocking the food threw the scrambled eggs away right after she made them and told my daughter not to eat them on the morning we were checking out. Not sure what happened but we didn’t get breakfast at the hotel before we left for home.

Bed were very comfortable. Shower was very nice and clean.

Breakfast really needs some improvement. More space and more seating. Updated gym would add to the hotel.

Very impressed with this gem of a hotel.

Breakfast was good; replenished and menu items changed daily. As well as; all staff was friendly enough and took pride in their hospitality.

To have a later check-out or availability to have an early check-in. This will aid in airport travels which take a toll on the family and make for long trips.

disappointing, at least the city saved it.

the location was in a nice area that was easy to walk around in so that was nice. i think the location was pretty much the only good thing abt this hotel though.

the breakfast was straight up bad, not many choices, the “hot” breakfast was disgusting frozen items heated up. the hotel charged my card an extra $130 & my card wasn’t even on file. so i couldn’t spend that money in chicago or on rent when I got home. very, very disappointing. the bed had a box spring that was so loud and creaky that it was uncomfortable to sleep on. the heater/ac started up and sounded like a freight train every time it turned on throughout the night.

Good. But I was in 205 and there was some kind on noise all night that sounded like a treadmill.

Easily accessible. Selection was good. Was available when promised.

location is superb. room was clean and comfy.

All in all, I thought the place was quaint. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Very quaint!

Our room was outside the elevator so we heard the noise all night/morning long. Also, our window blinds were worn out so they didn’t close all the way. We had a direct view into the building next to us, as they did too because of our blinds.

Superb

The layout and size was great. The LOCATION was amazing! Walking distance to plenty of places worth visiting. We went to a show at the Metro and enjoyed the walk to the venue after eating dinner on Broadway right next to the hotel. The shower was also amazing.

We found one silverfish in the room.
