Beds where very comfortable, room was extra cold. Location was good hotel was quiet, overall it was a good stay
I did not like that a hold for the entire room plus and additional 250 hold was placed upon checkin usually they is a room security hold once you check out hold is released and room total is paid or charges. I was not expecting the large amount upfront I was ready for the room cost or a security deposit but not both. I checked out and it’s been 24 hours hold had still not been released

Close to Disney Springs and outlet shops.
Laundry facilities and the swimming pools.
Buses to Disney parks.
That we had to ask for towels and toilet paper on regular basis. The cleaner didn’t replace them.
A few busses for later pick up from Disney after the night time fireworks/shows.

Value and spacious room size
Bed was uncomfortable. Covers were scratchy. Pillows immediately become flat and uncomfortable once you rest your head.
