Excellent stay! The best thing (beside everything else) was that I felt safe. The new locking mechanisms they have in the rooms are amazing. The hotel and our room was clean, comfy and spacious

The room was spacious.

There was no trash can in room and when my husband went down to ask for one, the clerk checked and said they didn't have anymore. Then we noticed the AC was not working properly, it kept turning to hot air and we had to keep resetting it. This happened a couple times before we just went to bed, We were exhausted from traveling and didn't feel like mentioning it to the staff and possibly having to pack everything back up to move to another room, The bathroom was ridiculously small. It was hard for even one person to do anything in there. When you open the bathroom door it barely cleared the toilet it was such a small bathroom. There was also no dirty laundry bag to use. Small inconveniences made for an unpleasant stay. We expected better from a Holiday Inn based off of past experiences.

We got what we ask for a room with two queen beds and a sofa nice breakfast and a clean room

A staff member told me not to be standing next to the male rest room door. My 7 year old grandson was in there.
