The locations was spectacular
The Boat excursions shouldn’t be in the lobby of the hotel…..very congested and full of rude people waiting to go on the boats.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free onsite parking. Guest laundry facilities were very useful. Room was also very spacious which was great with two large suitcases to open. Direct access to Marine Tours.
Only 5 of the 50 TV channels worked and the TV couldn’t be connected to the internet to use YouTube etc, so there were very limited entertainment options at night in the hotel room.

The room had a nice size and the basic amenities. The hotel has an excellent location right on the marina.
The property only has one elevator and seems to be always busy. Overflow parking for guests is in a non-adjacent lot. Breakfast was so-so. During our stay, the water supply broke down and we were left without hot water first, and then with no water at all until we checked out. No credit was offered to guests for this mishap and we were still charged the hotel's high daily rate.
