The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Everything was easy and comfortable for our stay.
There wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. Overall, everything was pretty nice.

Good selection of teas, friendly staff
Terrible pillows, poor quality bath tissue, small room, ironing board propped up against the wall by the bed, wall socket hanging loose from the wall

Friendly staff, clean room, good location
Room was next to elevator and it was very noisy, every time it went up or down it was hard to sleep… even birds chirping outside windows were like they were inside. Also the breakfast had no bacon, no sausage no biscuits and gravy -and the decaf coffee was cold.
