Staff very friendly and location was great.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was trash behind the nightstand. The carpet needs a refresh.

Breakfast was okay. The staff was great. The queen bed was not as comfortable as when I stayed in a room with the king bed. The carpets need to be re-stretched and don't seem very clean. My room was clean.
The carpets need to be clean and stretched, they pose a strip trip hazard. The ice machines don't work on the first and third floors, or are turned off. I'm not sure which. Either way, it's a hassle. Coffee provided was cold both days.

Breakfast ok. Location ok.
Carpet needs replaced. Hotel needs updated. Elevator…only one worked and very slow. No one at front desk when needed at 8 pm.
