Very clean and the room felt like a mini-house

Location
The sofa bed mattress was filthy and stained. Why pick a check in time and have it approved and room still not be ready? And dishwasher in room is running once we get to room, why?

Nice place. Se3cure parking lot. decent gym. Helpful staff.
Key cards stopped working almost immediately but was quickly resolved.

They didn't have it but the site said they did.The only coffee was a kurig and they didn't open the door till 9.
No ammenities!No clean towels till 7pm. No shower curtain in one room till evening.Site said they were pet friendly .They are.not.The pool was not available.They were understaffed and unfriendly.Coffee wasn't even a b ailable till about 9am which was disappointing and it was a kurig that didn't even fill a cup.Very poor amenities. Also ran out of toilet paper,there was a partial roll and.no backup.
