Nothing at all.
My bathroom was dirty, the guy at the desk said he would have it cleaned and never did. Then he said he would give me points for my having a bad experience never did.

The room wasn’t really ready for guests. No toilet paper in bathroom, no paper towels in kitchen. When I looked for a fork, the drawer was empty. I finally found everything in the dishwasher.

Mostly quiet!
Room not clean. No good system for what rooms are clean and ready. Some one was given access to my room because no one registered my room not vacant. So they had a key to my room. Luckily I was there..what if I hadn't been???
