The rooms where clean and the staff was great

Need to update their TV. Was locked out and had to replace my key to access my room.

Was clean beds were comfortable the refrigerator didn’t work properly. They never lift cups for coffee or water. And The television was aggravating.

It was a comfortable stay - room was adequate for our needs.

It was again, adequate for what we needed. Minor inconvenience that we did not have regular coffee in the room, but we were able to get it in the lobby. Shower amenities provided - only shampoo and one bar of soap (for shower and sink).

I loved the rooms appliances and the breakfast. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility was very presentable. I loved that it only allowed smoking in certain areas.

I didn't like that the pool was ice cold and it wasn't very clean. The water had floating hair all in it. The Red Lobster that's nextdoor wasn't good at all.

The staff was friendly and helped fix the issues that we encountered.

Upon Checking into our hotel room, we noticed that the bathroom was not clean and someone had pooped in the toilet. The pull-out sofa was also dirty, and there were no sheets in the room for it. I reported this to the front desk, and they helped me change my room. They also gave me a set of sheets for the pull-out in the next room, just in case. When we entered the next room, the shower was covered in dirt and hair. We pulled out the sofa sleeper, and there were soiled sheets already on it, like it had been closed up, and the cleaning staff didn't check to make sure the bed was stripped. At this point, We stripped the sheets ourselves and put the new set on. However, this hotel was not up to La Quinta standards.
