Comfy bed, friendly staff, and the lattes at the Starbucks was so good!

I'm use to the little bottles of water in the refrigerator and the lotions, soaps, and other bathroom items. The pillows need to be fresher without a bad smell.
I didn't like that the pillow were not fresh and no free breakfast or coffee in the morning. The coffee maker was hard to make good coffee in the room. We were in a room next to loud highway noise.
