one bed nearest the door was great
The bed by the window has a spring that is evident and uncomfortable on the side toward the door

The location is very nice and easy to get to. Not too far from the mall and many restaurants nearby! Hotel granted the request of having a room at a high level which I admired a lot. Very kind staff and helpful! Second time staying here
No complaints really, everything was smooth

Handy location and nice rooms!
I don’t like the late check in. I spent one night and was only there 17 hours. The room was freezing. Also your website would not let me get early check in! It has never let me join your club to get cheaper rates!🤬
