Clean, good location and proximity to town. Parking on site
Indifferent and impersonal front desk staff, it was shocking how bad the hospitality was and how much of a negative vibe much of the staff gave off. The breakfast staff was nice but the front desk literally made us check in at 4pm even though check in is it 3, and when we inquired when it would be ready we got a “I don’t know”. Social media marketing also heavily skewed the expectations here and I felt scammed at how depressing of a place it was.

The fire pits outside wouldn’t go on which was a shame as it was a lovely area to sit but a little too cold

Rooms were just delightful and such a stunning backdrop
Staff were very disinterested with no real service at all tbh. The Champagne breakfast wasn’t really “offered” and multiple moments at reception had no service offered at all. Very self serve which really let the whole experience down.
