We arrived earlier as we had requested earlier check in. Some guests after us and they were given priority & their room was ready. Not only that we were not given a courteous explanation for that but we were very rudely informed that your room will not be ready until 4 which is the normal check in time. Eventually we were informed of room ready at 3.45.

Great location. The room was large and well appointed. Very nice bathroom. Nice sitting area in the room. There were coffee and snacks available in the office. Fire pit in the parking lot area was nice, but the chairs were hard and uncomfortable.
There really wasn’t any common area to spend any time in. I needed to get out of the room for a little bit because my husband didn’t feel well and there was really nowhere to go except a coffee shop.

Room was very nice, well furnished and the bed was enormous and very comfortable
The price of this hotel is eye watering….especially as they offer no breakfast. The bathroom was quite pokey
