Coachman's Inn, A Four Sisters Inn

Generous sized rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Central and quiet location.

At times the central courtyard was noisy. This depends of course on the schedule of guests going to and from.

Brilliant location

No AC in the rooms

Everything. The room was wonderful, the bathroom terrific, the linen etc superbe, the included buffet breakfast amazing, and more.

There is the normal problem for Carmel, there is not enough parking on site and its very tight.

Location is good. It was right in the middle of Carmel and we could easily walk everywhere. The rooms were well appointed.

We were initially put in the ground floor room. It was not pleasant at all. I don’t know what was happening in that room, but my husband and I both woke up and were so stuffy and could not breathe. Thankfully, we asked that they placed us in our room on the second level and they accommodated us. We were thankful for that. The parking is terrible. Very, very difficult to get in and out of the spaces. We were told that if there were no spaces, you just had to go on the street and park. We did find a space, but it was under a dryer vent and our car was covered in lint. There’s no air-conditioning in the units. They do give you a fan, but it really did not work very well. I’m still working on it. Happy hour appeal to us. However the wine was just low quality wine. There was some food. It was nice to nibble on. The spa also appeal to us however it was only open from like 9 AM until 9 PM. So unless you decided if we go dinner or come back early, that was not accessible either. I will also say the walls are so thin. We could literally hear the women in the room beside us word for words. While the location was good and it was well appointed it was really overpriced.
