Very difficult to make reservations. Vacation site malfunctions. Must go through a 3rd party incurring additional fees over the advertised price.

Quiet and relatively accessible to where you want to go in Williamsburg
Very dated - probably from late 80s early 90s - although they maintain landscaping etc - they are not making any real investments/improvements in the property itself.

The unit was clean.
I didn't like the amenities. I have stayed at several resorts in Williamsburg and this place was not as advertised. The did not have a stove with an oven and the small washer and dryer was outside of the unit and it was fie the use of both units A and B. The TV in the master bedroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a 2 bedroom place like this. Housekeeping had trash outside of our unit for 3 of the 4 days.
I did not care for this place in comparison to the other places I've stayed in.
