Cobros indebidos no justificados

Me gustó que la habitación estaba limpia, el baño muy limpio y las camas son súper cómodas. La calidad de las sábanas es excelente. La habitación es muy hermética y silenciosa. El personal es amable y atento. Tienen una buena oferta para incluir el desayuno, aunque no alcancé a utilizarlo.

Los lugares del estacionamiento son muy reducidos. El baño es un poco oscuro y algunos de los muebles de la habitación ya requieren de un mantenimiento ligero. Lo que creo que requiere de inmediato una renovación es el lobby y el restaurante, se ven baratos y mal acabados y es una primera impresión al llegar. Me asusté, afortunadamente las habitaciones están en mejor estado.

Cleanliness. Service was kind and professional. Atmosphere beautiful.

Parking garage was a little dodgy. Meaning the garage was very low but my truck fit and was safe.

The property was a good location and it was clean.

If you get a room close to the elevator you will hear it all night long. Staff(Front Desk ) was not the friendliest people.

Thin walls. You could hear traffic from I-10 and the pipping within the walls.
