bed was very comfortable and pillows were excellent. clean facilities. wonderful to have access to the microwave and a refrigerator.
I think you might look at adding a little more security to the door - just the one door handle with a lock on it - maybe add a hasp or dead bolt or something.

The rooms were newly updated and well done with nice quality materials. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is great for visiting Ithaca College or Cornell. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
the outside is well taken care of and clean but older style. clearly care has gone into making it as nice as they can and it is well maintained, just a bit older style. The price was pretty high, but it was a busy ithaca weekend.

Older property that has been completely refurbished. Rooms and lobby are immaculate. Nice breakfast available in the morning. Very close to Ithaca and Cornell. Wish all the places we stay were this clean and comfortable!
No concerns at all. The management has done an outstanding job making an old motel seem new again

Staff was wonderful and we had a nice place to stay.
Our neighbors had more than two dogs and the dogs barked non stop until the owners returned. People were nice and down on their luck but the walls were so paper thin we were awake most of the night. Lots of bugs.
