Breakfast was not included. Food was decent but not great. And overpriced. The king sized bed was very comfortable.
The room was somewhat dark (although well lit) and could use sprucing up. Especially the bathroom.

Ease of location for visit reasons.
The beds need to be upgraded. We travel to this location every year and the beds are starting to get worn out.

Was accessible to get to downtown and Cornell. Easy access to parking lot. Helpful staff. Clean room.
The pool was closed for an entire day, and I didn’t know the hot tub would be completely closed. Other than that, great stay

I stay here because of shuttle to airport and early flight out to JFK.
The shuttle service I arranged the night before for a very early ride to the airport was not booked. The assistant manager assured me it would be available but the next morning they did not have it on the books. They did find a driver in about 10 minutes and the morning staff was very professional.
