The smoke smell even in 'Non-Smoking' rooms is not good. Clearly, their not monitoring whether guests are smoking in non-smoking rooms

TV remote worked only when u were within 2' of TV. Phone did not work, used cell 2 call offfice no answer. Office door always locked, had to use window. Sink didn't drain. Holes in walls around sink and tub fixtures, must b mold in the walls. 3 dead pincher bugs in bathroom. Checked out Thursday Dec 8. My calendar shows me still at motel 6 from Dec 8 to 16. First time using booking.com by myself. Am I still being charged?
