Unbeatable value, with waffle breakfast now again

Unbeatable value. Can’t get any cheaper than this. Good location close to the Buttonwillow Raceway Park if you’re a gearhead. Breakfast with fruits, coffee and waffles!

Cigarette burns in the sheets. Noise from the I5 at night. When we wanted to check in, staff had the office door locked and we waited in the cold for a long time.

This is a convenient location when traveling on the I-5.

The bed was very comfortable.

Right by the Interstate road and friendly at reception.

Great stop-over location for anyone travelling from Rosamund/Lancaster to Santa Maria, which is what I used it for. Right by the Interstate road and friendly at reception.

clean good price close to stuff smelly and dirty the morning lady’s as so sweet and helpful the night lady was nice but

it was close and fair priced

it was dirty and smelled and I asked for three blankets and a pillow twice and the lady said she would have it brought to me and never received it

cockroaches! lots of them will even get in your luggage!

The first room was musty and infested with cockroaches. second room was much better but also has cockroaches. garden is infested with roaches at night. towels were dirty. tobacco in toilet of non smoking room. bathroom door was broken. a Frightening experience

There were bugs everywhere. Non smoking was definitely not non smoking. I immediately requested a refund. Do not stay here. Thankfully the lady at the front desk was very kind. IT wasn't her fault. The property honestly shouldn't be on booking.com

Breakfast ok Good location Too many homeless people walking around the area had to getting to check on my tools . Maybe have a security at night

It was gross and we felt dirty when we left.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The room was in poor repair and appeared dirty. There was mouse poop and bugs in the bathroom. The room smelled bad. The sheets looked unwashed. We only stayed a few hours just to get some sleep and got back on the road before dawn just to be out of the room.

Did not stay.

The staff was really nice.

The rooms were barely clean. When we check in and looked at the room there were spider webs all along the ceiling. Then we came back later on that night to go to sleep and there were roached all in the room.

There was nothing I didn't like even being upstairs was fine.

Nice clean hotel, better than most budget motels. Wifi was terrible.

Very dissappointed

Did not have breakfast

The room could have been cleaner, floor was filthy, bathtub was dirty, no bath towel’s, light in sink area flashed on and off, we were in room 111, we have stayed there before and all was fine but this time we were very disappointed.

quick stop, would be nice to have ac working since it was 102 degrees.

right off I5 on way to LA.

dirty, ac broken, other customers fighting, and blasting music with no correction. bedding had cigarette holes in a non smoking room. bedding had an odor.
