Every time I stay at the Menger hotel, it is just exactly as expected. I decided to stop trying the other hotels and just stay at the Menger every time. It’s absolutely the best!
I honestly can’t think of anything

We would how grand it was and the history of it. Really interesting and the bar was great. Location was amazing too.
The front of house staff when we first arrived weren’t very welcoming and were not accommodating regarding checking into our room because check in was abnormally late at 4pm. On saying that we did end up checking around 2pm. I also think it should he advertised on their website or booking.com that the hotel is haunted. The first time we found out was at check in which was quite unsettling.
